In order to enable us to process and fulfill your booking, we will ask you to provide us with personal information including name, address, email address, telephone number, details of group members that are traveling, as well as any special needs, health, medical, mobility or dietary requirements.
When providing services from our professional activity, we act in accordance with General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and the provisions of the Law on Implementation of the General Regulation on Personal Data Protection (NN 42/18) and other applicable regulations that protect personal information.
We may pass personal information that you provide to us on to relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels, transport companies and local tour operators and destination management companies as necessary to fulfill your contract.
Also, the use of personal information within our business system focuses on processing your requests so that we can notify you about news regarding our services and business.
We require some personal information in order to fulfill our contractual agreement with all of our travelers.
The information we collect is the minimum amount necessary in order to prepare a bespoke travel itinerary and make the essential flight, accommodation, and tour reservations on your behalf. All information provided will be kept strictly confidential and accessible only to employees who need that information to perform their job. All our employees and business partners are responsible for respecting the policy rules.
We will make sure it is not given out for any other marketing activities except for L-Being internal mails that shall keep you informed for all its membership benefits and private invites for special experiences and journeys.

(OIB: 84153491747), whose registered office is at Viška 16, 21000, Split, Croatia in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We operate in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Selfhack d.o.o. is careful to treat the privacy of its customers with care and due regard to the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Your personal data will only ever be used as outlined in this Privacy Policy. We do not sell, trade or rent your data to any other third party. We will only pass your personal data to third parties in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We may pass your details to our carefully selected commercial partners if you give us permission to do so. In order to provide you with services, we may collect personal information about you from our website, telephone conversations, emails and written and verbal communications.

In order to complete your booking, we will also need to collect information about you, and others included in your group, to pass to third parties (e.g., relevant hotels, excursion operators, activity providers, etc.) for the purposes of satisfying your booking. HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR DATA
